Had a 2 week trial with Reading Football Club youth academy which turned into 7 weeks. Trained with the first team goalkeepers on a daily basis including Marcus Hahnemann on the U.S. national team. Reading already had two U-18 Youth Academy goalkeepers so they kept extending my trial trying to determine what they were going to do as they did not want to release me. While at Reading an opportunity to trial at Cardiff City FC came up and as Reading was not going to carry three goalkeepers I went to Cardiff on trial.

April 2007
